Provided that facility is a licensed subscriber and the user has an authorized Username and Password, the Registry can be accessed. The Username and Password are both case sensitive. If still unable to login, please contact Gateway at 1-888-384-7476

  4. Why doesn't the Advance Directive show up?

The Registry will only contain Advance Directives that have been received and scanned. The hardcopy may still be in the patient's file, in transit or you have typed in the wrong patient's unique identifier.
